Join me, Jo Darling, Chinese medicine practitioner to rest, restore and revitalise in the magical mountains and sunshine of Andalucia, Spain.

During our time together I’ll introduce you to the theory of the ‘Chinese Clock’ which explains that each organ has peak energy at a specific time of day. I'll show you how to harness this energy to optimise your wellbeing.

We’ll live and breathe the concept through a series of workshops, gentle movement practices and acupuncture treatments to help you take care of yourself. With lots of spare time in between to enjoy the wonderful food, sunshine, pool and caves of our magical luxury retreat.

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pay in full or choose to take a 3 month payment plan via Klarna or extended payments (email for more info). Alternatively pay a £300 non refundable deposit to secure your place, then pay the remainder by 21st September, 2024.

Once a deposit is paid, you have until 21st September to cancel your place. Please note your deposit is non refundable (but you can transfer it to another person). After 21st September 2024 you are no longer able to cancel and are liable for the full amount.

Travel insurance is mandatory. Please ensure you have taken out insurance as soon as you have paid your deposit, in case you need to cancel.
