You'll receive an email for final payment which should be paid 4 weeks prior to retreat. All prices are PER PERSON and payments are 100% non-refundable, but you can transfer to another person.

We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method shown and to the address which you specify.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday). Our delivery time is 3-5 working days to the UK mainland.
Once we have received your order and processed it no further items can be added to this order. If you wish to order further items please place a new order and this will be handled as a new order. Orders are not processed over the weekend or on bank holidays.
It is your responsibility to provide us with full and correct delivery address details. We cannot be held liable for non-delivered orders if incorrect address details were provided upon order.
All packages returned to us as undelivered will be refunded, excluding the delivery cost. If after 10 business days you have not received your order, you must contact us at info@menopoised.co.uk We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.

Shipping Internationally
We don’t currently ship outside the UK & Northern Ireland. We have plans to do so very soon. If you’re based overseas and would like us to let you know when we’re delivering overseas please email us hello@menopoised.co.uk.
